Cause Related Marketing Agreement
This is a Cause Related Marketing Agreement ("Agreement") for companies to create joint marketing relationships with non-profits. It allows cleantech companies to advertise that a portion of their sales will be donated to a non-profit, which in turn generates positive marketing attention for the company. The Agreement allows the company to use the non-profit’s trademarks and logos, provides for the mutual permission to link to each other’s website, and contains indemnification, dispute resolution and other favorable sections that protect both parties. When companies advertise that a portion of their sales will be donated to a non-profit, this type of agreement is required.
