This Mandatory Arbitration Policy ("Policy") is designed for companies to use when hiring their employees. The policy provides that the employee and company agree that any disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to employment with the company or the termination of employment with the company will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, according to the terms of the Policy. To avoid court, many companies require their employees to sign this Policy at the outset of employment.Arbitration is typically considered to be more efficient and cost-effective for resolving disputes given the expedited and less formal procedures.
