A new version of the California Solar Consumer Protection Guide (PDF) is now accessible at www.cpuc.ca.gov/solarguide. Additional language translations will be added in the coming weeks. Solar providers must use the updated version of the guide for all solar transactions whose contracts are signed on or after May 1, 2021.

Our Spanish translation of the Residential Solar System Installation Agreement is identical in format to the English version of this agreement. California, like many other states, requires this agreement to be provided in Spanish when selling solar systems to homeowner(s) whose primary language is Spanish.
